Babcock Apprentice Challenge

TBR Team manager Rob Selley has taken part in the Babcock Apprentice Challenge. He along with Matt Ambrose and Dan Butler went to the dockyard to take part in a variety of engineering challenges. The competition was tough with several other local schools hoping to take home the silverware, competing in a variety of technical and practical engineering tasks working with Babcock apprentices..One of the highlights of the day was a tour of the submarine HMS Courageous, which provided fantastic insight into how engineering can provide solutions to the most incredible design challenges, such as living and travelling under the seas.
